Hi my name is Paul Thompson I live in a small town in Lincolnshire called Louth. This picturesque part of Lincolnshire is the inspiration for most of my photography.
I have always owned a camera but up to 5 years ago I had never seriously followed this passion until I bought a Fuji S7000 which I soon upgraded to a full SLR camera in the canon EOS 30D and I have not looked back since.
All pictures are taken at full resolution on either my Canon EOS 1Ds Mk2 or EOS 5D Mk2 @ 16 or 21 million pixels respectively. The pictures are then adjusted if necessary with adobe Photoshop and saved at their highest quality.
